LOVE THIS SQUEEGEE! August 18, 2010 C. Barnes (Carriere, MS) No complaints with this squeegee....this is the second one I have bought.....have had the other one for almost 3 years and it still works great! Just needed another for a second bathroom shower. Using a squeegee on glass shower doors is a must.....if you don't do it already! Definitely makes them look great and helps a whole lot with maintenance!
Gimme a little squeegee ! August 9, 2010 B. Colonna (Somewhere in NJ) Like most Oxo Good Grips products, this squeegee is reasonably priced and performes well. It is meant for showers, so it is not as wide as your typical window squeegee. However, this size is excellent for cleaning shower glass, and its size is perfect to get in between handles and hinge plates, etc. The blade is about 10" wide (9 and 15/16 if you want to be technical). The handle is about 4 1/2" long, and overall, the squeegee is just under 6" from the head of the blade to the tip of the handle. The blade is clear, as is the included suction cup. The body of the squeegee is white and the handle is black. This item will perform the same as the Oxo Good grips stainless steel squeegee, which costs almost twice as much, although that product gives you the look of stainless steel, albeit with a black blade. For functionality, price, and a clean look, this squeegee cannot be beat.
High Sierra Grandma August 6, 2010 Judy L Bowman (Danville, CA USA) We've tried many other squeegee brands and find this one works the best for the shower. The handle is comfortable and it really gets the glass door and stone tiles dry. Doesn't leave any marks behind. Hope OXO keeps making these, another great product of theirs.
squeegee me July 1, 2010 Reefkeeper (Westchester County, NY) I wanted a good quality squeegee for the marble tiles and glass in the shower. I had a metal one, but it did scratch the tile unless I was super-careful, which I couldn't be every single time. Anyway, this one is just what the doctor ordered.
oxo good grip all-purpose squeegee June 2, 2010 Juliza Huang (East meets West, USA) this is a great working squeegee and I like it. reasons: -the silicone/rubber (i'm not quite sure) blade is flexible enough to provide a little bit of a give, yet firm enough to create a great, clean wipe on a smooth surface. -the clear blade does not leave any traces of colored residue, whether it's light tile or dark granite. -feels comfortable in the hands as most oxo products do with their signature soft black handle. reasons I don't absolutely love it: -once in a while, the suction cup falls off my choice surface, whether it be tile/glass/porcelain/wood, but I re-wet the suction &/or the surface and it's fine until the water evaporates. ;p which is about once every couple of months here in the dry valley of California. -sometimes, the very edge of the blade (~1 inch worth) does not wipe because it's been raised by something, a screw head or the frame of the door, so the firmness of the blade works against me here, but with care, one can improve their own performance where the squeegee is limited. notes after being familiar with it: -it's definitely all purpose with the blade being at 10 inches wide, a sizable width to cover, yet expect a good amount of swipes to get a large job done. -I have 18 in. tiles on the bathroom walls, so I've learned that an 18 in. blade would've been better suited for that task.
